Whoever comes up with the best name (as judged by us – he is our dog after all!) by midnight GMT on 23rd May wins the Tuffie. Couldn’t be simpler.

You can now list items you have for sale on K9friendsunited.com, and if you provide a service to dog owners you can list that too.  There is even a category for freebies if you simply want to give stuff away!

There will be a small charge of 50p/month for listings in the “For Sale” category, and £5/month for listings in the “Services” category, but the first 50 go free, so get listing!

All items listed as freebies carry no charge, but remember not to offer them for sale.

Congratulations maggiemakes, and a big thank you to everybody who took part by uploading their beautiful puppy photos, they really were all excellent.

The team at Guide Dogs UK were very impressed with all the photos entered and had a difficult time picking the winner. A big thank you to all the team there too, and don’t forget to visit the Sponsor a Puppy Appeal to help them train dogs that can change peoples’ lives.

A very famous book among people who build websites is “Don’t Make Me Think”, and describing members and profiles as showcases probably broke that golden rule.

So there you are, you are now a member and you have a profile. How do you feel about that?

To enter all you need to do is upload a photo of a puppy before Friday 11th December and tag it “puppycomp”.  The winning photo will be chosen by the Sponsor a Guide Dog Puppy at Guide Dogs UK, who we owe a big thanks to for doing it.

Another one seems easy – just beat the drums in time to the music.  Neil thought he had found his gaming niche but it turns out he has less rhythm than the tins that get tied behind a wedding car.

The third game is all about peripheral vision and mouse speed. The little targets disappear one by one and you have to click the spot where they were as fast as you can.
